Pollycraft Challenge #49 NO CARDS, use Lace and Glitter

Well, what can I say about the latest challenge over at the Pollycraft Challenge?

This week its Marias turn... I don't think she'll be getting another turn...lol!!

Maria would like to see you create something using Lace and Glitter...

NO CARDS ALLOWED!!!

Hmmmmmm....?

Its actually ALOT of fun, and there are so many things you could make that don't need to be too complicated...

I've made this little sweet jar...

The Lace is round the bottom, and the glitter is on the cakes..

and on the heart on the lid (below)

its SOOOOO hard to photo glittery thingies...

I've added loads of pearls for added interest...

and a little tag with a heart charm...

Well, I'm not much earlier than last week am I?

I could only think about Beatles songs for some reason, so went with

'All you need is love'

I've used Cherry Kisses 'Love ya' coloured with promarkers

Its a sad week over at Pollycraft because we are saying goodbye to the FABULOUS Sue...

Sue has been with us for 18 months now, and its been a pleasure working with her.

I'll miss you loads Sue!!!

Pollycraft Challenge #47 and New releases....

Yes, I know... the new Pollycraft Challenge started yesterday!!!

I am a teeny weeny bit late with my card...

In my defence... I have just come back from a lovely break in Cornwall...

and my head was pretty much all over the place before I left, but now I don't know where I am!!!

Hopefully, I can sort myself out pretty sharpish!

anyhooooo... here is my card (late) for Kylies Ribbons and Bling challenge...

I've used Codi Stylin' coloured with promarkers...

The DP is Cosmo Cricket

Ribbon is american crafts

Swarovski crystals from hobbycraft (yep! how blinging can you get?)

The sentiment and flower stem are handwritten/drawn

and I doodled the skull to match Codi's shirt..

flower punched from MME papers, button from woodware

Charm from stash...
