HUGE clearance sale!! Clear stamps discontinued...

Goooooooood Morning all!!!!

got some news to share with you today....

If you pop over to the shop, you can pick yourself up some serious bargains on clear stamps!!

After ALOT of serious thinking I've decided to have a big clear out of all the old clear stamp ranges...

Digital is certainly becoming alot more popular at the moment, and I just feel it simplifies things alot, if I try to become [almost] ALL DIGITAL...

I'm keeping the new sentiment set, as I feel sentiments work better in stamps, and will probably expand the sentiment line to work with future digi stamp releases, but all the old From the heart Elves and Pixies, and Sharing Sherbet stamps will be discontinued.

So go and grab youself a bargain!!

And accessory stamps and sets are just £1.09

I will also be removing all the old decoupage over the next couple of days...

Its weird letting these go, as these were what I started the shop with, but they really arent ME anymore!

THE GOOD NEWS IS..... I will be redrawing some of the Clear stamp images to release gradually as digi stamps... and I have plans to convert some of the old decoupage characters into digis too.... WHOOOOHOOOOO!!!

so you haven't seen the last of them... infact you may even see more of them ;)

I've made the flowers using a Woodware 1 inch flower punch...

I might do a tutorial later this week...

The papers for the flowers are Cosmo Cricket earth love ...

Added a brown heart button, and threaded an off cut of some of my hubbys garden string through it...

My Friend and Design Team member Emma tragically lost her Dad 'Ronnie' in September 2009 after an accident at work.

I've copied this information from Emmas blog...

"My Dad died following an accident at work on the 15th September 2009 when a piece of equipment fell on him causing a massive head injury.

He was one of the most amazing people you could ever meet, to us he was a husband, dad, grandad and great grandad. Our hero and our rock....he was there for us no matter what.

In Dad's memory my family and I are fundraising for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance who transferred him to the Hull Royal Infirmary.

The YAA do the most amazing job and its down to their service that many people lives are saved. Dad was at the hospital within 90 minutes of the accident happening...this time includes the care he recieved from work collegues and the ambulance service."

The Yorkshire Air Ambulance are an independant Charity and depend on donations to keep their life saving service running...

To help Emma and her family raise funds for the charity, I have designed a special edition Digital image in memory of 'Ronnie'

Emma shared a memory with me of her Dad relaxing in front of the TV after a hard day at work, remote in one hand, cup of tea in the other, and usually a pack of biscuits and a bag of sweets...

Also just wanted to share with you a little Easter treat basket I've made...

We nipped into Hobbycraft on Saturday afternoon, and all the easter stuff was reduced!! I picked up a couple of the pink square baskets for just 49p!!

Thought they would be perfect to pop some Easter Cakes into...

I made the handles using 2 strips of 12 inch card, and punched the edges of one with a martha stewart doily lace punch...

Made a Ribbon bow,with some butterfly ribbon... also from hobbycraft in the sale... think it was 99p...

Attached a button, and stitched them both to the handle.

Added some Punched butterflies to the handle and attached two nestie cut scalloped circles to each end.... then attached the handle to the basket using Laura Ashley embroidered brads... didnt photo these clearly... but they look fab!

The image on the tag is EGGCELLENT FOR SHARING from the spring things range... cut with scalloped circle nestie... mounted this onto another scalloped circle cut from DCWV card from the 'spring matstack'... also a BARGAIN from hobbycraft... just £1.99!!

et voila....

All that was left to do was make some cakes to put in it.... so we went for the easiest things possible... chocolate cornflake cakes with mini eggs on top!!

YUM!!

Made 2 of these for Callum to give to Granny, and Nana...

Cute arent they?!?
